A 20 year Moraga tradition, usually held on the first or second weekend in August, at the orchard next to Joaquin Moraga Intermediate School, corner of Canyon and Camino Pablo. Typically, 10,000 pounds of pears are harvested and donated to the Contra Costa Food Bank each year. Volunteers are needed!
Hours are usually 8:30 am to 2:30 pm at the corner of Canyon Rd and Camino Pablo.
