The 2026 Moraga Pear and Wine Festival will take place on Saturday, September 26th. The event features food, children’s activities, live entertainment, and of course, the sale of pear pies! Check the Town website for details. Festivities this year will run 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Our Pear Pie sales start at 11:00 AM at the Moraga Park Foundation tent
- This year we will have a limited number of gluten free pies for $30 each
- Non-gluten free pies will be $25 each
- Come early as we typically sell out of pies by 2pm!
The Moraga Pear Festival celebrates the heritage of the Moraga Valley that was once covered with pear orchards. One section of the pear orchards still stands at the corner of Canyon Road and Camino Pablo. This acre of 100 year old pear trees is the site our annual pear harvest every August.
